Costa Calma is a true beach resort in every sense of the word. The resort has been built parallel to the 12 mile long section of white sandy beach. Costa Calma is a tourist resort that attracts thousands of tourists every year and has become a particular favorite of Germans and Dutch. Most visitors of Costa Calma attend to check in to one of the many lavish hotels that cover the stunning coastline. There are a large number of hotels that offer all inclusive packages that allow tourists to relax and enjoy a relaxing break in the sun. The Costa Calma is approximately 18 kilometers from Morro Jable, which is the unofficial capital of the southern tip of Fuerteventura. The astonishing length of the resort means that there is no real central area, however,there are a large amount of shopping centers and restaurants that act as regional communal areas.
